Negative Inventory Report
Lists Items with a Negative On Hand Quantity.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Exceptions. |
Grant permission to the individual report > Exceptions > Negative Inventory. |
Create Your Report
Choose a Sort By option of either Item or Category.
Use the drop down list to choose the Group By option.

All Locations selected by default in Location Selection. Remove the checkmark and enter a Site ID or select F12 to search.
Select Show Open Purchase Orders to include Purchase Order information for items currently on order.
Limit the item on the report by entering a number for Items that have negative for "X" days. Leave blank to include all negative items.
Use the Management Region, Management Group, and Field Accountant fields indicated on a Site in Access Locations to limit the items included to only the Sites that match the ID entered.
Choose Filter Items to filter items in the selected Category. See Using an Item Filter for more information.
Select All, one or multiple Item Categories.
Click Export to save a copy of the report to the location indicated in .
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Site ID and Site Name appear in the title of the report.
The Item ID and Item Description are listed.
Category displays the Category ID and Name.
UOM indicates the Stocking Unit of Measure for the Item.
Use the On Hand column to view the current negative On Hand quantity.
If Show Open Purchase Orders has been selected, these additional columns appear on the report.
- PO- The Purchase Order number
- Vendor- The Vendor ID and Name
- Qty Ord- The Quantity Ordered
- Qty Rec- If this is a partially received PO, the quantity received will be displayed.
- Qty O/S- Quantity Outstanding, the quantity to be received.
